British cheese
British cheese is really starting to step out of the shadows of neighbours France and becoming a real force to be reckoned with in the production of quality cheeses. There are so many new and innovative British cheeses being produced, using traditional, hand-made methods and we intend to stock as many of them as possible. From classic Stiltons and Cheddars through to young and exciting raw milk bries and whisky washed soft cheese, the rise of quality British cheese is showing no signs of letting up and that's good news for us all!
