Based on a Persian feta recipe, Graceburn is a marinated soft cow's cheese made with unpasteurised milk and marinated in extra virgin olive oil and rapeseed oil with garlic, bay, pepper and thyme.
This is the creamiest feta we've ever tasted and we use it a lot in our London cafe, Froth & Rind. We use it in toasties with black olives and spinach or on top of middle eastern inspired lentil salads. It's adds a new dimension to most dishes we've used it in. Even if you want to have it on it's own on crusty bread, there is enough flavour there for a delicious lunch.
Graceburn comes in a 250g jar so we thoroughly pack it when we ship to ensure it doesn't get damaged.
