Colston Bassett Stilton - There's no cheese more suitable for Christmas than a lovely Stilton and Colston Bassett is one of our favourites. Hand ladled, the texture is rich and buttery with wonderful creamy blue flavours. Pour a glass of port and finish your day with the classic Port & Stilton.
Brie de Meaux - Nothing screams "cheese!" more than a soft, gooey, ripe Brie de Meaux and it's a popular choice for Christmas parties, meals, cheeseboards and even just simple snacks (try a brie and cranberry toastie). Works well with many of the usual Christmas flavours which make it a great seasonal cheese.
Mature cheddar - Whether you like it tangy, fruity or nutty, a good cheddar is hard to beat and an essential part of a Christmas cheeseboard.
Langres - We love rounding of Christmas with a few slices of delicious Langres on a cracker. Fudge like texture with relatively strong flavour and spicy tang. Not only does this cheese taste amazing, it looks amazing too.
