Brie de Meaux
There are not many people that haven't tasted or heard of Brie de Meaux. Rich earthy and mushroom flavours dominate this bloomy rind cheese combining with the silky and creamy texture to give the Brie experience that many people love.
There are so many ways to enjoy Brie de Meaux but one of our favourites is to have it in a toastie with Eat17 Bacon Jam or if we're feeling adventurous, in one of our signature toasties with dark chocolate and basil.
